Welcome 2014! I don't know about you guys, but I don't know where 2013 went! Oh well. Out with the old and in with the new! It's time for the annual making of resolutions and vowing that this year will be better than the last. I'm not much of one for resolutions, so mine is always to simply be the best me I can be.
That being said, last year's me was a little heavier than the previous year, so I think this year's me could stand to be a few lbs lighter. I suppose it's fairly normal in your first year of marriage to relax a little and enjoy the finer things in life. Especially the high carb, sugar laden, fatty, calorie heavy, tasty things in life. Now, I'm not really one for diets. I am more keen to the idea of living a healthier lifestyle. I need to buckle down and get back to the basics, and maybe lay off the sweets. I am considering buying a juicer, but I hear different things about juicing. Any thoughts or personal experiences? I'd love to hear from someone who has tried it?
